Products and prices

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and availability accurate. Minor variations in colour, appearance, or packaging may occur. Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before order confirmation.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when Tanark confirms it. We may cancel or reject an order because of unavailable stock, pricing or inventory errors, incorrect information, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or other lawful reasons. If payment was received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded.

Payments

Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery, and other methods provided through Razorpay or another payment provider. Tanark Fragrance will never ask for your UPI PIN, ATM PIN, or card CVV through a phone call or unofficial message.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery is available to serviceable locations in India. Processing, delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the separate Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Refund Policy pages.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, email address, shipping address, PIN Code, and other information required to fulfil the order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

Prohibited use and intellectual property

You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit false information, conduct fraudulent transactions, misuse offers, or copy website content without permission. Website text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and trademarks belong to or are licensed to Tanark Fragrance unless stated otherwise.

Liability and force majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Tanark Fragrance is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including courier delays, payment-service interruptions, internet failures, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures. Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
